Covers the crupto.co website and the Crupto BTC Terminal application
Crupto BTC Terminal is an independently developed software project distributed through this website. There is no company, and no affiliation with any cryptocurrency exchange, data provider or financial institution.
A licence to use the current release of the Crupto BTC Terminal desktop application for Windows, as described on the features page at the time of purchase. You are not buying a service, a data subscription, a guarantee of future features, or any trading outcome. Licence terms are set out in the software licence.
The price is shown on the pricing page. Payment is processed by Gumroad, whose own terms apply to the transaction. All sales are final, as set out in the refund policy.
The application and this website provide market information and analysis tooling. They do not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing they output is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. See the risk disclosure.
The application connects to public endpoints operated by third parties, including cryptocurrency exchanges and data providers, and optionally to services for which you supply your own API key. Those services are outside our control: they may change, be delayed, be inaccurate, rate-limit you or become unavailable, and their own terms govern your use of them. We are not responsible for their content, availability or accuracy.
The Bot Lab can retrieve and run code from third-party repositories that you choose. That code is not written, reviewed, vetted or endorsed by us, and running it is entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for reviewing anything you run.
You agree to use the software lawfully, to comply with the regulations applying to you, to secure your own machine and credentials, and not to redistribute, resell, sublicense or publish the executable or attempt to defeat any licence check. You are solely responsible for every trading decision you make.
The software and this website are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or compatible with your system.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, data loss, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the software or this website. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the software.
These terms and the content of this website may change. Release information — file name, size, hash and scan result — is maintained per release on the download and security pages.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own jurisdiction. Where such a law conflicts with a term above, that law applies.
