For the Crupto BTC Terminal desktop application

1. Licence granted

On purchase you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Crupto BTC Terminal application on Windows machines that you own or control, for your own use. The software is licensed, not sold.

2. What you may not do

Redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, lend or publish the executable, in whole or in part.
Share your download link or purchase credentials with other people.
Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction.
Remove or alter any notice in the software, or circumvent any licence check.
Present the software, or output derived from it, as your own product.

3. Bundled components

The download includes bundled analysis bots and TradingView Pine Script strategies. These are licensed to you on the same terms, for your own use, and may not be redistributed or resold. Code you obtain yourself through the Bot Lab is third-party software governed by its own licence, not by this one.

4. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the application remain with the developer. This licence transfers no ownership.

5. Updates

Later releases are distributed through the same purchase channel and, where provided, are covered by this licence. No particular future release, feature or support period is promised as part of your purchase.

6. No warranty

The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developer does not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose, including any trading purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, data loss, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the software. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid.

8. Termination

This licence ends if you breach it. On termination you must stop using the software and delete your copies.

9. Consumer rights

Nothing in this licence limits any right you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own jurisdiction.
