Applies to purchases of Crupto BTC Terminal

The policy

All sales are final and no refunds are offered. Crupto BTC Terminal is a digital download. Once the file has been delivered it cannot be returned or recalled, so purchases are not reversible.

What this means before you buy

Because you cannot change your mind afterwards, please establish that the product fits before paying:

You run Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. There is no macOS or Linux build.
You have a stable internet connection. Every panel is live market data; the application does not work offline.
Your machine can run it. This is a demanding terminal and may not run well on a low-end or older machine — see the FAQ for what to expect. Performance on your own hardware is not grounds for a refund, so if you are unsure, ask before buying.
You have read the features page, which lists what the current release actually does and nothing more.
You understand the executable is currently unsigned, that Windows SmartScreen may warn you, and that the published VirusTotal result for this build shows two engine detections out of seventy-one. All of that is set out on the security page.
You accept that this is analysis software with no guarantee of profit — see the risk disclosure.

If anything is unclear, ask on Telegram before purchasing. Pre-purchase questions are welcome and are answered directly by the developer.

Delivery problems

A refund and a delivery failure are different things. If payment cleared and you did not receive a working download link, that is a delivery problem and it will be fixed: message support with the email address used at checkout and you'll be given access. Your purchase also remains in your Gumroad library for re-download.

Payment processor and statutory rights

Payments are processed by Gumroad, and Gumroad operates its own policies and dispute process which apply to your transaction regardless of this page. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer law of your own jurisdiction; where such a law gives you a right that conflicts with the policy above, that law applies.
